Explain what needs to leave the property
List the main discarded materials and identify large items, liquids, appliances or uncertain contents separately. Explain the project dates and who will load the container. A cleanout description is more useful than a request for the biggest available bin. The provider should assess the actual load and loading terms rather than assume every item produced by a household or contractor belongs in one container.
Distinguish the City programme from a private enquiry
Lehi publishes a dumpster programme for customers who pay City garbage fees, with its own placement and excluded-material rules. That is a separate public arrangement, not a service supplied through this website. If your project needs another arrangement, ask an appropriately authorised provider to review the actual address and material. Do not treat a public programme’s eligibility or terms as a private collector’s permission.
Review the proposed position and loading
Explain whether the equipment would sit on private property or affect a street, pavement, shared access or other controlled area. The responsible property and public authorities must address their requirements. The provider should review delivery, collection and practical loading access for the equipment. Keep excluded or unresolved materials out of the accepted load, and report a scope change before adding something different.
Agree the removal responsibility
Confirm hire dates, loading limits, accepted contents, collection arrangements and any separate removal still needed. A household garbage account is not a substitute for an agreed temporary project service. If workers also need toilets or washing, identify those as separate equipment needs. The goal is a clear collection proposal for the real job, without claiming universal hauling rights or guaranteed acceptance.
Questions before you book
Is this enquiry the same as reserving a Lehi City programme dumpster?
No. The City programme has its own eligibility and terms. A private enquiry needs separate review of the actual property, material and appropriate provider.
